<strong style="color: #000;">Please also carefully review the information contained in your Confirmation Letter. If any of the information is incorrect or if the information has changed please make sure you notify the contact center when scheduling your test.</strong>

<strong style="color: #000;">Testing Accommodations:</strong> If you require reasonable accommodations, you cannot schedule your test via the Internet. If you have received approval for an accommodation, please call the Testing Accommodations Department in our contact center at: 1-800-967-1139 to schedule your examination. <strong style="color: #000;">What to Bring to the Testing Center: </strong>One form of ID bearing your name, signature and a recent photo; You must present one of the following as the primary form of identification: passport, driver’s license, military ID card, credit card. If no photo ID is available, two signed IDs are acceptable if one bears a physical description. Acceptable forms of secondary ID include: credit cards, ATM cards, Social Security cards.

<strong style="color: #000;">What Time to Arrive at the Testing Center:</strong> Plan to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in procedures. If you are late in arriving, you will not be allowed to test and will need to reestablish your eligibility.

<strong style="color: #000;">Payment:</strong> No additional payment is due.

<strong style="color: #000;">Reschedule/Cancel Policy:</strong> If you wish to change your exam date or time, you must do so by the second business day prior to your appointment using Prometric’s automated voice response system at: <strong style="color: #000; font-size: 20px;">1-800-796-9855</strong> ; this option is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is no charge for changing an appointment if the change is made before the second business day prior to your appointment.
