IDAHO FOOD MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
| Normativa estatal In Idaho, food establishments must have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) on staff who holds supervisory or management responsibilities. Certification is earned by passing an exam from an ANAB-accredited program, such as ServSafe or Always Food Safe. |
| Person in Charge (PIC) Requirement: The CFPM is not required to be on-site at all times However, a Person in Charge (PIC) must be designated for each shift The PIC must be trained in food safety and be able to demonstrate knowledge of proper food handling practices |
