I liked that this one was able to teach you everything you needed to know and allow you to do a knowledge test at the end of each module. It is a little time consuming so make sure you have an hr or more available for it! There are 8 total modules. I got some new things I didn’t already know from it! Normativa estatal In Idaho, food establishments must have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) on staff who holds supervisory or management responsibilities. Certification is earned by passing an exam from an ANAB-accredited program, such as ServSafe or Always Food Safe. |
