“This was an actual corse on how to handle food and prepare it! On top of cleaning agents and many other topics. There are other places that you can just take the test. I liked that this one was able to teach you everything you needed to know and allow you to do a knowledge test at the end of each module. It is a little time consuming so make sure you have an hr or more available for it! There are 8 total modules. I got some new things I didn’t already know from it! As well as a refresher on things I already did. Over all it was worth it to me. Hope this helps anyone else looking for the right place to get their food handlers card.”

- El programa Food Handler Solutions no está aprobado actualmente en el estado de Ohio. Este programa sólo está destinado a ser utilizado para el desarrollo personal y la preparación para la formación proporcionada por el estado.
- El programa de certificación de seguridad alimentaria de Ohio consta de dos niveles: Certificación de Persona Encargada en Protección de Alimentos (anteriormente "Nivel Uno") y Certificación de Gerente en Protección de Alimentos (anteriormente "Nivel Dos").
- Ohio Person-In-Charge (PIC) Certificación en Protección de Alimentos es la formación obligatoria para la persona designada a cargo de cada turno de un nivel de riesgo I, II, III y IV de operación de servicio de alimentos o establecimiento de venta de alimentos al por menor - de acuerdo con la Departamento de Salud de Ohio.
