HAWAII FOOD MANAGER REQUIREMENTS
State Requirements In Hawaii, all food establishments are required to have at least one Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) who holds an accredited food safety certification. This individual must have the authority to oversee food preparation and service and must be present during all operating hours. If the CFPM is absent, an alternate Person in Charge (PIC) with appropriate qualifications must be designated. |
